Simple Lemon Dressing
1 1/2 Tbs. Dijon Mustard
2 Lemons
3/4 tsp. Honey
1/4 C. Olive Oil
1t. Herb De Provance
Salt and Pepper to taste
In a bowl mix the juice of the lemons along with remaining ingredients and stir well. Drizzle over your favorite salad or veggies.
